It was hot and tiring day. Yet, the contestants fought the sunny day with sunscreen cream and extra sweats of enthusiasm in cleaning sangaygang, an aesthetic spot in Thimphu. The cleaning was done all the way from sangaygang to Wangduetse lakhang on Friday, 23rd August. According to one of the contestants; sangaygang, a beautiful place, attracts lots of people. So to keep the beautiful place as green as ever, they have cleaned the sorrounding of sangaygang. The cleaning campaign was organized in between the grooming session. As a responsible Miss Bhutan Pageant contestants, they started their philanthropic work in sociaty, making their country a better place to live, in their own little ways.
