    MPC bhutan entertainment (MPC) is not responsible for the contestant or any of her personal belongings during the event. The contestants must behave in a manner befitting the title of Miss Bhutan.

    The MPC bhutan entertainment, in its sole discretion, retains the right to alter the format of the pageant. The winner of Miss Bhutan will be the only delegate of Bhutan at the Worldwide Pageant.

    a) To conduct herself properly during the period from her arrival in Thimphu up to her time of departure after Miss Bhutan 2022 contest. b) Willing to obey and comply at all times during the period of the contest and not otherwise leave the premises without permission of the organizer or officials of Miss Bhutan 2022. c) Not to accept private engagements during the period of the contest. d) To allow and permit the organizer to use or take photographs of the contestant for the purpose of publicity and promotion of the contest. e) To appear on television, radio, film, fashion shows or print media for purposes of publicity and promotion of the contest f) To co-operate at all times and on all activities during the period of the contest.

    a) If the contestant does not comply with the above rules, the organizer has the rights to withdraw the contestant as one of the candidates and/or winners. In such event, she will leave voluntarily immediately. b) All contestants must submit to the Organization a Letter of Consent signed by their parents or guardians.

    a) The winners shall not at any time thereafter commercially exploit her title in any way whatsoever except exclusively through and by sole agreement with the Organizer. b) To conduct herself with decorum during the year of the reign and not to commit any act of an immoral, illegal or other similar nature in the opinion of the Organizer will bring the contestant, Miss Bhutan its title into disrepute, ridicule contempt. c) The title holders; Miss Bhutan 2022, Miss Bhutan 2022 1st Runner-up and Miss Bhutan 2022 2nd Runner-up are obligated to enter into an exclusive contract with MPC bhutan entertainment to carry out engagements of personal appearances, modelling, film, advertising endorsements etc. During the contract period, the title holders will not be allowed to work for any other individuals, firm or production houses without the knowledge of the organizer. The contract will expire soon after crowning the new Miss Bhutan.

    a) That the contestants will be provided free meals (lunch, tea and refreshments) during the entire event. b) To control, advice, assist, supervise and direct the contestants as to their conducts and well being during the contest.
