THE MISS BHUTAN PAGEANT

Miss Bhutan is dedicated to instilling hope in women across the nation, empowering interested and capable candidates to realize their aspirations and potentials through a globally recognized brand and platform. Our mission is to train, encourage, and motivate the women of Bhutan, inspiring them to explore diverse avenues of talent, passion and service to their country and to take pride in their personalities, capabilities and contributions. As our young talented women consider embarking on this transformative journey, we extend our warmest invitation to all young Bhutanese women to  join the distinguished MISS BHUTAN family, where dreams are nurtured, aspirations realised and potentials elevated to new heights.

Objectives

  • Build confidence, leadership, communication, and public engagement skills.
  • Encourage contestants to express individuality, intellect, and creativity.

 

  • Preserve, promote and celebrate Bhutan’s traditions, etiquette, and identity.
  • Integrate the principles of Gross National Happiness in all aspects of the pageant.
  • Support and amplify initiatives related to education, environment, women’s health, youth development, or other national priorities.
  • Inspire contestants to become long-term advocates for community wellbeing.
  • Prepare contestants to represent Bhutan with intellect, sensitivity, dignity and cultural authenticity at national and international platforms.
  • Encourage ethical behavior, humility, compassion, and responsible citizenship.
  • Provide opportunities for participants to showcase artistic, intellectual, and personal talents.
  • Encourage innovation and confidence in self-expression.
  • Highlight stories of resilience, intelligence, and kindness to inspire young Bhutanese.
